Las Marias Tortilleria started as a family kitchen with one simple promise: never rush the tortilla. That promise still guides everything we do on East Truman Road.
Our corn is stone-ground, our masa is mixed daily, and every tortilla is hand-pressed and cooked on the comal before you walk through the door. That's why our neighbors keep coming back — the flavor is different when it's made in front of you.

We select quality corn and nixtamalize it the traditional way, then stone-grind it into smooth, fragrant masa.
